The Tutorial for Pokémon Shuffle consists of the first 11 stages, in which Amelia guides the player through the basics of the game. Most of the game's other features (like Expert Stages and Special Stages) aren't available until the tutorial is completed.

Below is what each stage in the tutorial covers:

Stage 1: Espurr Edit

Hearts, Board, HP, basic gameplay, Combo, Catchability, Rank

  • Amelia directs the player's moves using the default support Pokémon, with the player guaranteed to beat the stage in three moves (and thus, obtain an S Rank for the stage). The five moves remaining guarantees that Espurr will be caught (75% base + 5% per turn).

Stage 2: Bulbasaur Edit

Support Pokémon, Coins, Items, more basic gameplay, Experience

  • Before playing the stage, Amelia will instruct the player to set Espurr as a support Pokémon. Amelia will also give the player a free Heart.
